Our strategic consulting takes the form of a flexible package of services that allow Senior Management to define a clear development outline for communication and / or to have qualified support to make key decisions regarding projects, campaigns, or marketing and communication alliances.

We put our Senior Team at disposal for the establishment of Advisory Boards or to manage individual consulting sessions that may have different objectives, such as:

  • development of a strategic Reputation Management plan
  • Scenario analysis on selected key issues/services with related competitive communication benchmarks
  • identification of the Communication Positioning with Values, Vision and Mission
  • Counsel and guidelines for the establishment of alliances and special projects (e.g., prizes, competitions, etc.)
  • Innovative strategies and marketing and communication activities to enter new markets/channels or address new targets.

Our offer also includes a wide range of in-house management orientation and training courses: public speaking sessions, social media training, crisis media training, coaching for media interviews, internal courses on sustainability, and internal communication.

Each course is customized in terms of content and delivery, but always includes a theoretical presentation and exercises with different levels of difficulty across multiple channels (radio, TV and telephone interviews).
