Aims

To involve and motivate the Managers (Executives) and Non Executive making up the Ernst & Young Advisory Services Division to improve the internal environment of the Group and reduce the gap between top and low-level staff.

Strategy

Conceptualization and organization of events with a format that includes, an initial open Q&A session, a moment of ‘fun’ played out in a Cooking Competition for Managers and a quiz game – on the company- for the Non Executives.

Activities

  • Support for Top Management in the definition and drafting of E&Y key messages to be conveyed during the appointments
  • Location scoutingOrganization and definition of support materials
    Research and management of suppliers (e.g. catering, video filming, direction
    and audio service, etc.)
  • Conceptualization and development of “Cooking Competition” format
  • Conceptualization and development of “Quiz Game” content
  • On-site organizational/logistical support and coordination during the 3 events organized in Rome and the 2 in Milan
