Interoute is the operator of one of the biggest cloud services platforms in Europe, which includes 12 Data Centres, 14 Virtual Data Centres and 31 collocation centres, with links to another 195 third party data centres over Europe. Its full-service platform of Unified ICT offers services to international companies, the most important international telecommunications operators, governments and universities.

Aims

To reinforce the presence of Interoute Italia on social channels and increase traffic towards the main site.

Strategy

To promote the Interoute brand through the main social channels and the creation of a company blog on which to transfer not only news and the services offered by the company, but also in-depth sector analyses.

Activities

Results

The number of followers on Twitter grew by 180% in just one year, compared to the initial fan-base. The Google+ channel had registered a total of 11,021 views by 31st December 2015, with an increase in net data in comparison to the previous year. The blog, born in May 2015, contributed significantly to the growth in traffic generated towards the site, Interoute.it, and it was mentioned by sector publications as an authoritative source of news.
