Aims

To sustain the Corporate and Brand Reputation of Cofely Italia (ENGIE) and of its services amongst external stakeholders; to use the LI channel to amplify and make the current B2B communication activities (PR events, etc.) more targeted; to actively involve employees in the construction of an online relational network with a strategic alliance among all levels (intelligence network); to facilitate possible business lead generation/marketing initiatives through marketing communication initiatives on LI; to harness the potential of LI in order to “listen to” markets and trends.

Strategy

  • Opening/daily administration of the Cofely Italia LinkedIn page
  • Opening/daily administration of the personal profile of Head of Communications for the company

Activities

  • Conceptualization and management of a weekly editorial plan (2/3 posts a week)
  • Support in the growth of the personal profile of Head of Communications
  • Engagement of influencers
  • Monitoring of companies and/or groups (competition, partners, best practices)
  • Management of comments from Cofely Italia followers
  • Basic analysis of the results

Results

  • Constant growth in the number of page followers (approx. 100 acquired every month)
    Increased interest in Cofely Italia from the LI Community, especially regarding renewable energy/the environment
  • Constant growth of contacts and views of the profile of Head of Communications
