Aims

Transforming the “usual” and boring corporate newsletter into a younger, dynamic and much richer format: a real internal magazine.

Strategy

Utilize a new tool to dialogue with agents and to consolidate SEAT Tribe, a concept born to stimulate and retain staff, using with images and internal events.

Activities

Design of the "Local Tribe" magazine with a journalistic table of contents rich in features from real journalists, tests and quizzes, to talk about Seat, but also about travelling, IT, trends and jobs.
