Strategy

Cover many strategic consultancy topics, both theoretical and practical, useful to Clients such as: analysis of the relevant market on socials, competitor analysis, platforms and positioning, operative guidelines and suggestions (dos and don’ts), measuring and KPI.

Activities

Competence handled the preliminary analysis for content selection, the drafting of manuals and the subsequent presentation to the Marketing and Communications Division.

Results

The guide was shared internally with the various Divisions and used as a strategic tutorial for future media activities.
