To maximize the visibility of the Foxconn brand.

Strategy

Participation in the most important European IT trade fairs (SMAU and CeBIT) with an on-site and proactive press office.

Activities

  • Setting up of one-to-one interviews and preparation of ad-hoc materials for IT fairs
  • Coordination of an international PR team for CeBIT 2005
  • Press office manned throughout the fairs

Results

  • SMAU 2004: 21 interviews carried out between company spokespeople or the Foxconn PR team with specialized media or finance broadcasters such as Class CNBC TV and Bloomberg TV
  • CeBIT 2005: interviews carried out with Italian and European media which generated important features, for example: Il Sole 24 Ore @lfa, Affari & Finanza di Repubblica and CNN
