Aims

To increase brand awareness within the Italian market, creating a structured social presence.

Strategy

To manage the official ZTE Facebook page and activate new social presences with the goal of maintaining touchpoints for the related community, setting up a product-oriented communication.

Activities

  • Strategic management and content of the Italian Facebook page
  • Planning of the strategy for the new social pages, such as Twitter
  • Conceptualization and management of special operations for the launch of new products and collections (contests and applications)
  • Activation of engaging community management operations in order to increasingly involve the fan-base.

Results

The Italian ZTE community has reached almost 40 thousand fans overall, becoming the ‘place’ where users ask for information and assistance on the products.
