Aims

To activate structured and homogenous management of the social presence on an international level in the countries in which the brand is present (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium).

Strategy

To manage the social channels on which the brand is present and reactivate them, with the goal of maintaining touchpoints for the relevant communities, setting up a product-oriented communication linked to the e-commerce channels of the brand.

Activities

  • Management of country-specific Facebook pages for every country in which the brand is present (Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Switzerland)
  • Management of country-specific Twitter accounts (for Italy, France, Spain, Portugal, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria)
  • Management of an international Instagram account
  • Management of Google+ accounts per country
  • Conceptualization and management of special operations for the launch of new products and collections (contests and applications)
  • Activation of engaging community management operations in order to increasingly involve the fan-base

Results

The global KIKO Facebook community has reached almost 4 million fans in total over the Global Pages. The Italian Facebook page has been in the Top 10 Italian brands for years with more fans and greater involvement rates, counting over 2 million fans today.
The Instagram channel has experienced exponential growth over the past months arriving at 700 thousand followers.
Taking into consideration all of the social presence of the brand, there is a global community of over 5,000,000.
